this is a coffee shop/bakery/rock venu in the lower east side of NYC. this Red Velvet cupcake was hard to eat! it kept on falling apart!!! and was not moist at all... but it was late in the evening so it could have been the time of day... I will have to try one when the sun is up

This looks like a high school bake sale cupcake. I would expect something fancier from a professionally baked treat.
