This was my partner's meal and it was definitely the star of the evening!!!! Sorry about the poor picture quality, he didn't want to waste a second!!! Here is the description from the restaurants website of the meal- Fajita's (our signature dish) Your choice of tender chicken breast, rib fillet, or juicy fresh prawns seasoned in our famous mesquite flavoured marinade. Served on a sizzling platter with salad, sour cream, guacamole and a warm flour or white corn tortilla stack for a true feast, created at your table! Delicious!

Burrito meal I had tonight at a Mexican restaurant called "Dos Amigos" at Taringa. It was quite acceptable!

I've always called this a "stack" but I think it's actually supposed to be a called a TOSTADA! I believe I originally found this recipe in a Weight Watchers cookbook and its been a keeper ever since! I make a spicy Mexican-style mixture to put on a toasted tortilla -- usually kidney bean but this time it was beef and bean. The original recipe called for refried beans which are MAGNIFICENT as well........ just use your imaginations as to what toppings! I then pile it high with avocado, capsicum, lettuce, red onion, tomatoes, fresh coriander -------> (ESSENTIAL)and usually a dollop of sour cream and maybe guacamole ;-) This time I also added shredded red cabbage and sugar snap peas coz that's what I had in the fridge and now I don't know how I ever did without them! Just use any salady-type veggies that you have in the fridge that you enjoy! This is a HUGE HIT with my man as it's basically one HUGE salad!! This was one of the meals that I ate very regularly on the points programme coz it's SO filling and it feels like i'm eating a REAL MEAL! On WW, most vegetables are "points" free so with a recipe like this you can GO WILD!!! OH and PS, this is very quick to make, basically as long as it takes to open a can of refried beans and chop up some salad.... very good for a healthy yet delicious weeknight dinner!

Found some of these at an excellent huge deli at Wooloongabba that we accidentally came across on the way to a new Farmer's Markets we were checking out... if any of you know the area ;-) They are Brazilian Cheese Balls known as (Pao de Queijo) We recently tried these at a Brazilian steak house which was AWESOME to say the very least, I've been dreaming and drooling about them ever since! I should put up some pics of our dinner there..... So needless to say we were VERY excited to see these in the frozen section.... Usually cook em for 20 mins fresh but we put them in for 25 and they were AMAZING..... They sort of like a light bread on the outside, filled with gooey melted cheese on the inside....... I'm hooked!!! In Brazil, pao de queijo is a popular breakfast and frequently had as a snack. Made of cassava flour, so they're gluten free which is a great thing.... I'm gonna try and make them myself if I can actually get this kind of flour which is not readily available by the normal avenues... Have any of you guys tried these? If not, I really recommend that you do!

Here is a meal from one of my favorite places in Seoul at the World Cup Mall. It's also Tonkatsu, or in Korea Dunkasu, with a tomato sauce on top. The egg is an omellete filled with rice (quite popular in Korea) and of course there is kimchi. My friend was eating some sort of sushi salad. The drink "Milkis" is a carbonated milk drink, actually really good.
